Who can benefit from a membership plan?
A membership plan works for any individual who wishes to actively participate in the overall improvement of their health and staying well. Patients that desire easy and direct communication with their trusted physician is typically the type of patient who may be attracted to a concierge boutique style medical practice.
Patients who want a physician to address the root cause of illness, not just treat the symptoms. Self–insured businesses seeking to provide their employees with an affordable health care benefit and improving their well-being – while simultaneously reducing healthcare spending.

What if I want to end my concierge membership?
At Weisz Concierge Medical, our relationship is based on mutual respect and trust. If you should become dissatisfied with Dr. Weisz’s care, or if circumstances arise such as a move you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time without obligation as long as you give us 30 days notice. We will refund memberships paid on a prorated basis.

To date, our concierge practice accepts Medicare, Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross and Blue Shield health insurance. If you chose to join our medical practice and our office does not accept your insurance, you may be subject to an out of network fee for services. For individuals with health insurance not in network, Dr. Weisz medical services may be considered a non-participating provider and require an out of pocket fee; however, Dr. Weisz’s orders for prescription medications and labs are still honored.
